Just want to say how much I enjoyed our holiday in Thailand.  I was in the group organised by Janis Adams.  We were hesitant about going after the media reports of trouble in Thailand, but found it did not impact on our trip. All the travel arrangements were first class & we were looked after by I-xplore & their associates in Thailand magnificently.  We enjoyed the personalised treatment, plus the efficiency with which they carried out their role.  The only hitch was our trip to the River Kwai, which was delayed by the union protest.  However, the guide they organised as a replacement was brilliant.  Please pass on to them my appreciation of the skill Jeff showed with his English and knowledge of the area.  He was most courteous and helpful in giving us answers too many and varied queries about life in Thailand. Thank you very much for the efficient way in which you organised, with short notice, our trip.

I will recommend I-xplore to any contemplating a trip to Asia, and will certainly use the company again.

Thankyou for organizing our trip to Bangkok, the hotel Siam Beverley was classed as a 2 star but in our opinion it was equal to a lot of the 4 star hotels that we have stayed at, our room was excellent and we could not ask for better care by the hotel staff. My compliments to the staff who picked us up for the return journey. They came early and even booked our luggage onto the flight. We have never had service as good as this before. Could not fault the breakfasts and we even dined at the hotel resturants nearly every evening. Our only comment was that very few of the staff spoke or understood English. This in itself was a problem for a tourist hotel.  But thanks again,   Jim

My wife and I are back from our honeymoon, and we had a great time.

The pick up from the airport was rather classy private car, which was unexpected (I had imagined a bus). Both hotels were nice - we ended up getting a free upgrade at both hotels. The tickets to Disneyland were for two days, but unfortunately we arrived just after closing time. Fortunately one day is enough to see the park.

Royal Plaza is quite well located, and has a very handy free shuttle bus service into Tsim Sha Tsui (for shopping and ferry to Hong Kong Island) / Harbour City (for ferry to Macau/mainland). Being connected to a shopping centre was also a plus.

Thank you for organising our holiday - we'll certainly be in contact for the next one.

A group of 33 is big but your partners in Vietnam handled the group and our challenges really well. The feedback was so positive about the quality of food and also the accommodation on the Junk in Halong Bay and at Ancient House Resort in Hoi An. It exceeded our expectations.
Our appreciation goes also to our three tour guides - each different but with their own style. Several of the group commented that they had not realised the value of a guide and loved having someone on hand to "quiz" about anything and everything.
Several people had not been on a tour before and commented they would certainly use Travel Clearance for future tours. The senior staff at the Institute were also very impressed and my hospitality students certainly "observed' and learnt a lot - even though the goal was relaxation and touring."

We were overwhelmed by so many things that we saw and by all the people at the markets who wanted us to buy something from their stalls. It was very interesting to see so many rice fields and how busy the streets are with so many motorbikes. It was great!!!
Nha Trang was simply breath taking. I can't tell you how much l enjoyed relaxing on the roof top pool sipping on cocktails. Roof top dining was very romantic as well.
All the people we met including the private tour guides who picked us up from the airport and transferred us to our hotel were lovely and very friendly.
Ho Chi Minh City was exciting and lots of fun, the longer we stayed the better we got at bargaining with the locals. They were all so friendly, we had an absolute ball."
